Today I come with a recipe that will be your favourite. It will appeal to both your eyes and your stomach for your award day ???? if you don't have a tart base, you can also use a round pyrex. I also obtained the strips by rolling out round dough and using a pizza slicer. I think this is the most practical way.

Preparation Time45 Minutes


  • For internal mortar; 3 apples, 3 tablespoons of sugar, 1 teaspoon of cinnamon, Half a glass of walnuts

  • For the dough; 150 gr butter (room temperature), Half a glass of powdered sugar, 1 egg, 1 packet of vanilla, Half a teaspoon of baking powder, 2.5 cups of flour

  • For the above; Powdered sugar, Egg yolk



For the filling of our cookies, let's peel the apples and grate them into a suitable pan. Let's add sugar and cinnamon on it, let's cook until our apples release their juice.


Let's put our apples in a separate bowl and let them cool. Let's add butter, powdered sugar, eggs, vanilla, baking powder and flour into a suitable bowl and knead a soft dough that does not stick to the hand.


Let's divide the dough into two and cut the half into strips to shape it, and spread the half on the tart base. Let's put it in between.


Let's put egg yolk on the tart we have shaped. Bake in the oven at 175°C for about 20 minutes. Enjoy those who will try ????????
