Avocado Egg Toast
1 spoon of apple cider vinegar
1 slice of sourdough bread
Toast the bread in the toaster. Mash the avocado, add salt to it. Boil water in a small saucepan, add salt and a spoonful of apple cider vinegar.
Crack the egg into a bowl. You can create a swirl with a spoon to hold the egg together as it cooks. After cooking the egg for 1.5-2 minutes, transfer it to a plate.
Spread the paste on the toasted bread. Add the poached egg on top and sprinkle with garlic powder.
