  • For the dough: 1 packet of dry yeast 1 egg, 1 teaspoon of warm milk, 1 teaspoon of warm water, 1.5 teaspoons of melted butter, Half a teaspoon of oil, 2 tablespoons of granulated sugar, 1 teaspoon of salt, flour as it takes

  • For inside: Cheddar (you can use other stuffing if you want)

  • To find: 3 tablespoons of molasses, Water (enough to rinse the molasses), Sesame



Mix the yeast, milk, water, sugar. Add butter and oil. Add the egg and salt. Finally, let's add the flour, get a soft dough. Let it ferment for 1 hour.


Divide the fermented dough into 8-9 pieces. Let's open the size of a tea plate. Let's put our money in it and shape it. Let's dip it in water with molasses and immediately find sesame


Finally, let it rise in the tray for another half hour by making a scratch on it. Let's cook for about 20-25 minutes at 180 degrees. Bon appetit❤️



If you are going to make it gluten-free, the dough should be runny and knead very well. Gluten-free donuts can only be soft this way. You can also add some potato flour in it.
