Ingredients

  • 5 chicken cutlets (can be made with chicken thighs, 10 pieces are enough), 3-4 potatoes, 2 carrots, 2-3 cloves of garlic, Salt, Black pepper, Thyme Rosemary (or you can not add), Liquid oil

Chop the potatoes and carrots. Add 2 cloves of crushed garlic, salt, pepper, thyme, rosemary and vegetable oil and mix well.
