Let's knead the meatball ingredients. Let it rest in the refrigerator for half an hour. Let's shape it later.
Let's cut the potatoes in the form of apple slices and the carrots in the form of fingers and fry them. Let's boil the peas. Let's fry the meatballs. Let's put them all on a napkin so that the excess oil is removed. Let's put all the ingredients in a rectangular oven dish.
Let's sprinkle the peas on top. Put oil and butter in a separate pan or sauce pan. Let's put the onions that we cut into cubes and fry, add the garlic and mix. Add the tomato paste and fry it until the smell is gone.
Let's add salt and spices and mix. Add 2.5-3 glasses of water, mix, let it boil.
When we put it in the oven, let's pour the sauce on it. Let's wet the soaked baking paper and cover it. Let's cook for half an hour at 220 degrees, at the end of half an hour, let's take the baking paper that we covered.
Let's cook for another 10 minutes with the top open (Let's cook it under control since it will differ from oven to oven). You can sprinkle parsley while serving.
