Baked Zucchini Mucver
6 tablespoons of yogurt
4 tablespoons of olive oil
Salt, pepper and paprika
Black Cumin and Sesame
Grate the zucchini, carrot and potato and squeeze out the juice. Add eggs, cheese and yogurt and mix.
Add olive oil and spices. Pour the mixture into the borehole that you oiled very little and spread it well.
Sprinkle black cumin and sesame seeds on top. Bake in the oven until browned.
