Bakery Rice Pudding
1 liter milk
200 grams of cream
1 cup of granulated sugar
1 vanilla pod
2 tablespoons of rice
2 tablespoons heaping cornstarch
We wash our rice well and boil it with 2 glasses of water, when it starts to boil, we turn the gold down. Our rice is boiled in half an hour and it will become soft.
In another pot, we pour milk, cream, sugar and vanilla and put it on the stove and let it boil, then add the boiled rice to the boiling milk mixture, mix and boil for 5 minutes in this way.
In one place, we open the starch with half a glass of cold water and pour it into the milky mixture by mixing, we boil it for another 1-2 minutes and put it in our oven dishes.
