Set the oven to 180° fan setting and we will make the brownie while the oven heats up. After melting the dark chocolate, butter and Nutella on low heat, let it cool.
In another bowl, whisk the eggs and sugar until the sugar dissolves. This will do the crust part on it. Add the warmed chocolate mixture, whisking.
At the end, beat the salt, vanilla and flour again until it shines. You can also cook it in a small bowl or similar container. The mortar will not be thinner than two fingers.
There are six slices, and if it's less, you can double the recipe. After putting greaseproof paper on my debt, pour the mortar. Break the white chocolate in the middle and press it until it sinks into the cake.
