Carrot Cakes
Ingredients
3 eggs
1 glass of sugar
Half a glass of oil
1 glass of water Milk
2.5 cups flour
1 packet of vanilla
1 packet of baking powder
3 carrots (small)
1 cup chopped walnuts
1 tablespoon of cinnamon (wipe)
Instructions

Beat eggs and sugar well. Add milk and oil and whisk. Then add the flour, baking powder and vanilla and continue mixing.

Add the carrots, walnuts and cinnamon that you grated and squeezed. Pour into your greased cake tin. Bake in the oven at 180 degrees for 25-30 minutes. Bon appetit????
