  • Ingredients for the base: 1 cauliflower, 2 eggs, 1 cup of whole wheat flour, 1 teaspoon salt, paprika

  • Top food ingredients: 3 slices of smoked turkey, 3 slices of cheddar cheese, 1 capsicum pepper, 1 green pepper rocket

  • For the topping sauce: 1 large tomato grated, 1 teaspoon of olive oil thyme, mint



Pass the cauliflower through the rondo and grind it into flour.


Crack the eggs inside. Add salt and pepper.


Then squeeze it to extract the juice. Add flour and knead until it reaches the consistency of dough before putting it in the oven.


Bake in the oven at 200 degrees until the dough is crispy. Then take it out of the oven, apply the topping sauce, add the toppings and bake for another 3-4 minutes.
