We can prepare our children to be fed as a snack. It can also be stored in the freezer and taken out to the guests when desired. Enjoy your meal.



  • 2 eggs (on the yolk)

  • 1 cup of warm milk

  • 1 cup of warm water

  • 1 water glass measure of oil

  • 1 pack of pillows

  • 7 tablespoons of sugar

  • 2 tablespoons of salt

  • Flour as much as it takes (a soft dough that does not stick to the hand)



First of all, we add warm milk, water, sugar, salt to the yeast and wait for five minutes. After the yeast swells, we add oil and gradually add flour. After adding controlledly, we get a soft dough.


We wait for 10 minutes, take a walnut-sized meringue, open it, touch the oil with our hands and rub it on the pohca.


We fold it in one layer, apply oil again and fold it again, it becomes a triangular shape. After doing all of them, we put a bag on the tray and the yeast comes out for 45 minutes.


Then we apply egg yolk and bake at 180 degrees. We put the thinly sliced ​​cheddar, salami, cucumber, lettuce and tomato, optionally, between our cooled pastries.
