Cherry Custard Dessert
3 glasses of cherry juice, 3 heaped tablespoons of starch
For the white coat: 5 glasses of milk, 6 tablespoons of starch, 1 large tea glass of granulated sugar, 1 packet of vanilla
First of all, we cook the cherry juice and pour it into the mold that we wet. We put it in the refrigerator for half an hour.
Then we cook the pudding, pour it over the cherry pudding and keep it in the fridge for half an hour.
3 The longer it sits in the fridge, the better it tastes. I made it from homemade fruit juice, first I dilute it and then add 1.5 tea glasses of sugar, if you're ready to buy it, do it the same way.
