Chicken in Lavash Bread
Ingredients
12 small lavash breads
700 g chicken per bird
1 onion
3 cloves of garlic
2 sharp peppers
1 capya pepper
1 yellow pepper

Cheddar cheese
Black pepper, chili flakes, thyme
Instructions
Chicken is roasted in a pan without fat. Chopped onion and garlic are added in the form of a half moon. It is roasted a little more.

Chicken is shared in lavash bread. It is sprinkled with cheddar grater. Arrange on a low-greased tray. Bake in a 170 degree oven until the cheddar melts and browns.

Notes:
If the chicken is prepared from bird's head baguette or butt, it will be softer and tastier.
