Chocolate cake

Cake I made for my mom's birthday. I made a cake with almonds, hazelnuts and lots of chocolate.



  • 3 eggs, 25 grams of powdered chocolate, 1 vanilla pod, 1 pc baking powder, 200 ml of milk, 1 teacup of oil, 2.5 cups whole wheat flour, 3 eggs (will be at room temperature)

  • for karma: 3 tablespoons of granulated sugar, 3 tablespoons of flour, 3 tablespoons of starch, 1 liter of milk (5 glasses of milk), 2 tablespoons of gravure coffee, 25 grams of powdered chocolate



First, we whisk the sugar and eggs, then add the oil, 1 glass of milk, cocoa and whisk once with a mixer.


We sift the flour and add vanilla and baking powder, we mix the cake dough from outside to inside with a spatula.


1 pack of vanilla for mixing Before taking the milk to the stove, we put all of the dry ingredients except vanilla into the milk and mix them with a whisk, and when the ingredients melt in the milk, we turn on the heat.


We continue to mix without leaving his head. When the consistency thickens, we turn off the heat and let it cool. You will get better results if you make the cake the day before. Enjoy your meal.
