Chocolate Tart

You will love this tart! Believe me, I don't need to say anything else.

  • For the chocolate; 2 boxes of cream, 200 g dark chocolate, 200 g milk chocolate

  • For dough; 3 spoons of cold butter, 1 pinch of salt, 2.5 tablespoons of cold water, 1.5 glasses of flour, 2.5 tablespoons of sugar



For the dough, we put the flour, salt, sugar and butter in the food processor and mix. Add cold water and mix again.


We take the mortar on the counter and knead it and roll it out with the help of a rolling pin. We put it in the mold. Bake in an oven preheated to 200 degrees for 15 minutes. We take it out of the oven and let it cool.


For the chocolate, heat the cream in a small saucepan and add the chocolates. We boil it until it thickens. When the tart has cooled, pour the chocolate over it.


We leave it to cool in the refrigerator. While serving, we sprinkle cocoa on it and decorate it with hazelnuts. ????Enjoy Healing ????
