300 g beef cubed
2 capsicum peppers
2 green peppers
1 yellow pepper
3 cloves of garlic
10 shallot onions
1 full teaspoon of tomato paste
Salt, pepper, paprika, thyme

Meat is boiled. Eggplant, zucchini and peppers are fried in oil.
The garlic is finely chopped and sautéed with the onions. Salt is added. Add the peeled and diced tomatoes. Spices are added and the bottom is closed.
