  • 300 g beef cubed

  • 2 eggplants

  • 2 zucchini

  • 2 capsicum peppers

  • 2 green peppers

  • 1 yellow pepper

  • 3 cloves of garlic

  • 10 shallot onions

  • 2 tomatoes

  • 1 full teaspoon of tomato paste

  • Salt, pepper, paprika, thyme

  • Grated Cheddar Cheese

  • 1 scoop of beef broth



Meat is boiled. Eggplant, zucchini and peppers are fried in oil.


The garlic is finely chopped and sautéed with the onions. Salt is added. Add the peeled and diced tomatoes. Spices are added and the bottom is closed.


Boiled meats, fried vegetables and onions with tomatoes are mixed and put in the oven dish.


A ladle of broth is poured on it and grated cheddar is sprinkled. Bake in the oven at 180 degrees until the cheese melts and turns brown.
