Coconut Cocoa Cup
1 cup of strained yogurt
1/2 teaspoon of grated coconut
3 tablespoons of organic cocoa
1/2 teaspoon of water
1-2 tablespoons of fruit sugar (can be any sweetener you want, honey, agave, etc.)
Mix the strained yogurt and coconut well in a bowl.
In a separate bowl, add cocoa and your sweetener and gradually add water and whisk. (its consistency is like liquid pudding).
Divide the ingredients in order with the help of a spoon to your chosen cups. You can serve it directly in this way or with coconut grated, hc chips, fresh or dried fruit, filet almonds, etc. on top.
You can add sweetener to the yogurt mix if you wish, but I think it is very good this way.
