Coconut Cup

A recipe that proves that very good desserts can be made without refined sugar. Everyone who tried it loved it, I say give it a chance

Preparation Time30 Minutes


  • 1 teaspoon of oatmeal

  • 5 dates

  • 2 handfuls of walnuts

  • 1 tablespoon of cocoa

  • 1 pack (20g) coconut

  • 2 tablespoons of labneh

  • 1 tablespoon of honey



For the subfloor; If your dates are hard, soak them in hot water for 5 minutes to soften. Separate the seeds and skin.


Then take dates, walnuts, cocoa, oats and 4 tablespoons of water (for consistency) in a rondo.


Divide this mixture into the bottom of 6 muffin tins and press firmly.


For the top layer, mix labneh, honey and coconut in a bowl and divide into muffin molds. You can decorate it according to your taste. I preferred walnut pieces and grated chocolate.


Our dessert is ready to eat after waiting in the refrigerator for 15 minutes, then you can keep it in the refrigerator again.
