  • For the dough: 1 egg, 1 coffee cup of oil, 2 coffee cups of water, 1 pinch of salt, 2 tablespoons of vinegar, 3 glasses of flour

  • For sherbet. 1 glass of water, 2 glasses of sugar, 1.5 glasses of cold milk, 1 packet of vanilla

First of all, let's start by making the dough, mix eggs, oil, water, salt, vinegar all together, then add the flour and knead.


Let's rest for 30 minutes. Let's divide the rested dough into 30 equal parts and open them 5 by 5. Let's enlarge the 5 doughs that we opened on top of each other by putting starch between them.


Let's cut the perimeter of my debt. Let's put the first layer of my debt. Then let's do the same steps again.


Let's sprinkle walnuts and hazelnuts between it and close it again. Let's cut the baklava we prepared according to your request. Let's move the butter, the liquid oil.


Bake in a preheated oven at 180 degrees for 40 minutes. Let's prepare the syrup: let the sugar and water boil, then take it from the Aygaz and add the cold milk and vanilla and let it warm up. Let's pour the warm sherbet over the hot baklava.


When the baklava gets its first heat, let's first drizzle cocoa and then chocolate grater. You can decorate it as you wish, I added pistachios.



It is very important that the sherbet is warm and the baklava is hot. Cocoa and chocolate grated are poured on the cooled baklava, not hot. We boil water and sugar for the sherbet and take it off the stove, and when it cools, we add milk and vanilla.
