200 g of butter
1 and a half cups of sugar
1 half of a teacup of liquid cream
1 teacup is half liquid or
2 eggs (the yolk of one will be separated)
1 teaspoon baking salt
1 packet of vanilla sugar
1 flick salt
As much flour as you can get the dough should be neither soft nor hard
An egg We take all the ingredients in the kneading bowl and knead a dough that is neither too soft nor too hard and put it in the fridge to let it rest for half an hour.
We take the yolk and white of the egg we have separated into separate bowls, we put them in separate bowls in coconut and peanuts, then we take small pieces of our resting dough and roll them up, first in egg white, then in peanuts and arrange them on the baking sheet where we spread oiled paper, we apply the same process to the coconut.
In the other tray, we give our dough the shape we want, spread the egg yolks on it and sprinkle it with sesame and give it to the oven where we have preheated it at 170 degrees, and after ten or fifteen minutes we take it in the oven (since the cooking time of each oven is different, please check and take it as such)
