  • For the dough: 1 glass of water, 1 cup of whole wheat flour, 100 g butter, 3 large eggs, 1 pinch of salt, 3-4 tablespoons of honey/molasses

  • For the pudding: 3 glasses of milk, 1 teaspoon of honey, 2 tablespoons of whole wheat flour, 1 tablespoon of starch, 1 egg yolk, 1 packet of vanilla, 1 tablespoon of butter



First of all, let's put milk, whole wheat flour, starch, egg yolk from our pudding ingredients in a saucepan and stir constantly over medium heat.


Finally, let's put honey, vanilla and butter into our pudding that thickens.


After mixing well, cover it and wait for it to cool. For the dough, let's take 100 g of butter from the ingredients given to our pot.


After melting, add 1 glass of water. Then, after it boils, let's put 1 cup of flour and pour a pinch of salt on it.


When it gets a non-sticky consistency, let's take it from the stove and wait for it to cool, then pour our eggs one by one.


After mixing well, add honey or molasses, shape it, and bake it in a preheated 180 degree oven for 20-25 minutes in a controlled manner. Enjoy your meal.
