Scratch 10 dates in the middle. Cut the dates in half in the middle. Apply hazelnut cream to 5 dates. Fill 5 dates with dried raw nuts. (inside almonds, walnuts and pumpkin seeds).
Melt 5-6 pieces of dark chocolate in a bain-marie way. Soak half of the dates you have applied 5 pieces of hazelnut cream in chocolate.
Decorate the parts you soak in chocolate as you wish. Leave in the refrigerator for 30 minutes. You can enjoy your meal with tea or coffee.
