Diet Caesar Salad
2 chicken breasts
10 leaves of lettuce,
1 medium tomato
1 cucumber (optional)
1 pinch of greens
yogurt sauce; 2 tablespoons of yogurt, juice of 1 lemon, 2 tablespoons of olive oil, 1 teaspoon of salt, some black pepper
Chop chicken, add salt and pepper, cook until browned on both sides.
Chop lettuce, tomato, greens and other ingredients and put them in a deep bowl. In another bowl, mix the sauce ingredients and combine with the other ingredients.
Mix well, add corn and chicken on it. If you wish, you can add toast or whole wheat pasta on it.
