Easy Cold Baklava
1 packet of ready-made baklava puff pastry
200 gr. Butter
Half a teacup of oil
300 gr. Walnut inside (coarsely drawn)
For the sorbet: 3 cups of sugar, 2.5 cups of water, 750 ml of milk (it will be cold)
For the top: 1 tablespoon cocoa, 1 tablespoon icing sugar, Chocolate zest
First we prepare the sorbet because we will use the serbet cold. We bounce and put the water in a saucepan and boil for 5 minutes.
We set aside the boiling sorbet and add the cold milk to it, stir and let it cool.
Secondly in a bowl we put the butter and oil and melt them. We put the oil on our tray and put the dough in two layers so that the dough is 20 layers and grease them between them. Then we put the walnuts and pour oil.
We put the dough again 20 times more two by two and grease them between them. We cut it into a square. Finally, we apply the remaining oil again and cook it at 180° until it has a golden color.
When our baklava is heated 5 minutes after cooking, we pour the sherbet on it slowly all over it. We let it cool.
We mix the cocoa and icing sugar in a bowl and sprinkle them on the baklava through a sieve. You can add the latest chocolate grater and serve. Bon appetit.
