Envelope Pastry with Cheese
4 phyllo dough
Sauce material: 1 glass of milk, half a glass of water, 1 tea glass of oil, 1 egg, 1 baking powder
Ingredients: cheese, 1 egg white, parsley
For the topping: 1 egg yolk, black cumin, sesame
For the interior, mix the cheese, parsley and egg white. Whisk the sauce ingredients.
Lay one of the phyllo dough and spread it on it so that the sauce is all over it. Lay the second sheet of dough on it and spread the sauce on it.
Close the phyllo by bringing the opposite edges to the middle first. Then bring the exposed edges to the middle to get a square shape.
Spread the cheese filling all over the formed square and fold the ends towards the middle. Slice the pastry. Arrange on a baking paper lined tray.
Do the same for the other two phyllo dough. Beat the egg yolk and brush it over the pastries. Sprinkle the black cumin with sesame seeds and bake in the oven at 180 degrees until the pastries are golden brown.
