Half a pack (125 g) butter
1 finger of missing oil from 1 cup
1 cup sugar
2 tablespoons of yogurt
1 packet of baking soda
As much flour as it takes (3-4 cups)
Icing sugar for top
We mix the eggs, butter, oil, yogurt and sugar. Flour and baking soda are added to it.
Let us sift the flour and add it until we get a soft dough. Let's spread the dough we have prepared on our baking sheet
We straighten the top and bake in the 180 degree oven until it turns slightly pink. Once it has cooled we slice it and serve it sprinkled with icing sugar or regular sugar.
Our butter needs to be at room temperature, and our dough needs to be denser than cake dough and soft than cookie dough.
