  • 4.5 cups of whole wheat flour (can be increased according to the consistency)

  • 2 eggs

  • 4 tablespoons of butter at room temperature

  • 7 full dates

  • 1 packet of instant yeast

  • 1 pack of vanilla (optional)

  • 1.5 cups of warm milk

  • dark and milk chocolate for topping



After soaking the dates in hot water for 10 minutes, we mash them.


We combine the flour ingredients in a bowl and knead them together with the dates we have mashed.


It should have a sticky consistency. Stretch the dough and leave it in a warm place to ferment for at least 30 minutes.


After the dough is fermented, we take its puffiness and knead it a little, then roll it out to 2-3 cm thickness with a rolling pin.


After shaping with the help of a round apparatus, we make a hole in the middle with a bottle cap. After preparing the dough, we leave it on the tray for 20 minutes to ferment thoroughly.


We bake it in a preheated 90 degree oven for 20-25 minutes, and you can use dark, unsweetened milk chocolate or white chocolate to decorate it. ♥️????
