Fit Treat Biscuit
This is a wonderfully practical biscuit alarm without refined sugar, egg and milk. While I was thinking about how to make it at home in its healthiest form, which I loved to consume before but was afraid of its content, I made the equivalent today ???? I can't tell you how light, delicious and the same as a treat ???????? You should definitely try an egg-free biscuit that you can consume in your snacks, without refined sugar.. and to make treat biscuits at home in its delicious form????
Ingredients
1 large ripe banana
4 tablespoons of butter
5.5 tea glasses of flour/whole wheat flour
3 tablespoons of cocoa
1/3 cup vegetable oil/coconut oil
2 teaspoons of baking powder
For the inside: unsweetened dark chocolate melted in a bain-marie/unsweetened peanut butter
Instructions
First of all, the ingredients must be at room temperature. Take the banana and butter in a bowl and mash them until they get a puree consistency.
Then add oil or any oil of your choice and mix. Let's add cocoa and flour in a controlled way by sifting. You can use more or less flour if needed.
Add the baking powder and knead the dough. It will be a soft cookie dough that does not stick to the hand. Before shaping, let's set the oven to 180°.
Let's roll the dough that we took between 2 oily papers with a rolling pin or by hand, and roll it out to a medium thickness. Let's make holes with a fork by shaping it so that it does not swell.
Let's put them on the baking tray and cook for 15 minutes on the upper-lower setting.
When we take it out of the oven, when the first heat passes, let's put chocolate and peanut butter inside and keep it in the freezer for 10 minutes. Our practical and delicious fit treat biscuit is ready ????
