For the dough: 150 g butter (at room temperature), 1 egg, 1 glass of powdered sugar, 1 packet of vanilla, 1 packet of baking powder, flour as much as it takes
For the cream: 2.5 cups of milk, 2 tablespoons of flour, 2 tablespoons of starch, 4 tablespoons of sugar, 1 packet of vanilla, 1 tablespoon of butter, 1 egg yolk
For the pastry cream; We put all our ingredients except butter and vanilla in the pot and mix until cooked. After cooking, turn off the heat and add the vanilla and butter. We leave it to cool.
For the dough; We take our room temperature butter into our kneading bowl. We break our egg on it and mix it with our hands until it becomes skimpy.
We add powdered sugar, vanilla and baking powder into our specializing eggs and oil and mix them all again with our hands. We sift and knead our flour in a controlled manner into our mixing mixture.
We knead until we get a dough that does not stick to the hand and has the consistency of an earlobe. Then we open our dough in the size of our mold and place it.
Bake in the oven at 180 degrees for 25-30 minutes in a controlled manner until golden brown. We add our pastry cream, which we mix with a mixer, to our cooked dough. Finally, we add fruit sauce. I also used cherries. You can consume it after resting in the fridge a little bit????
