Ingredients

  • For dough ; • 1 glass of corn flour • 1 teaspoon of salt • 1 glass of warm water • 1 teaspoon of dry yeast

  • For interior materials; • 1 small tomato • 1 small onion • 1 teaspoon ground pepper • 1 teaspoon tomato paste • 1 teaspoon cumin • 2 tablespoons olive oil • 30 g lean ground beef • 1 teaspoon black pepper • 1 medium red pepper

First of all, we add the ingredients for the dough and let the dough rest for 30-40 minutes. Then we prepare the remaining ingredients and add them to the dough.

You can serve it after 20-25 minutes of cooking time in a preheated 180-minute oven. Ovens vary. A controlled cooking may be recommended.
