  • 1 tea glass of einkorn paste

  • 1 tea glass of oatmeal

  • 1 tea glass of rye paste

  • 2 tablespoons of peeled pumpkin seeds

  • 2 tablespoons of peeled almonds

  • 1 palm-sized walnut

  • 1 tablespoon of raisins

  • 1 tablespoon of dried mulberry

  • 1 tablespoon of prunes

  • 2 tablespoons of honey

  • 3 tablespoons of olive oil



Take the einkorn, oat and rye pastes on a baking tray and drizzle olive oil on it. Mix well with the help of a spoon and spread the olive oil.


Bake in a 160 degree oven for half an hour in total, stirring with a spoon every 10 minutes (be careful not to burn the pastes). Add walnuts and almonds and cook for 10 more minutes, add dried fruits and cook for another 10 minutes.


Take it out of the oven and while it is hot, drizzle honey on it and mix it with a spoon. After cooling, you can store it in a closed glass jar in the refrigerator for 1 week and 10 days.
