Healthy Banana Walnut Cocoa Fancy Cake
3 ripe bananas
Aghive syrup (also honey or molasses)
1 teaspoon cinnamon
About 1 cup of whole wheat flour (I usually make my cakes a click darker from the consistency of boza. If you put the flour too little, it will go out after cooking, if you put it in excess, it will be hard like bread and can swell)
Half a teacup of milk
Half a teacup of olive oil
Baking soda, Baking soda
For cocoa sauce; 4 tablespoons cocoa, 3 tablespoons tahini, 5 tablespoons water
Honey according to your taste buds
All your materials must be at room temperature. First beat the eggs well.
Then add the liquid ingredients. Sift the powdered ingredients through a sieve and add the banana and walnut at the end.
Bake in the preheated 180 degree oven until your toothpick test is clean.
