Healthy Grissini with Sauce
1.5 cups whole wheat flour
2 tablespoons of olive oil
A little over half a cup of warm water
1 teaspoon of salt
1 tablespoon of chia seeds or nigella sativa
1 teaspoon of thyme
2 tablespoons of labneh
2 teaspoons of water
A pinch of dill
1 teaspoon of dried mint
We mix whole wheat flour, olive oil, warm water, salt, chia seeds and thyme. We divide it by hand and shape it into a stick.
We bake in a preheated 180 degree oven for 30 minutes in a controlled manner.
For the dipping sauce; We mix labneh, water and dill and dried mint. Our sauce is ready. Enjoy your meal.
