  • Drink Dessert; 125 grams margarine or butter (Room temperature), 2 eggs, 1 cup icing sugar, Half a teaspoon of oil, 1 packet of baking soda, 1 pack of vanilla, Flour as far as it takes

  • For the Sherbet; 2.5 cups granulated sugar, 3 cups water, Quarter lemon juice or quarter cup orange juice

  • To Find; Semolina

  • For The Top; Hazelnuts, Peanuts



First of all, we prepare the syrup of our dessert and leave it to cool. We mix the water and sugar in the pan until it boils. Once it starts to boil, we add lemon juice or orange juice if you want it to give it an aroma.


We boil over low heat for five minutes and leave to cool. We mix all the ingredients given for the dough except flour. By adding the flour in a controlled way, we knead a soft dough that does not stick to the hand.


We cut walnut-sized pieces out of the dough and flatt them and shape them.


Then we wrap it in yarn and line it on a baking tray. We continue the same process until all the dough is finished. With the help of a knife, we scratch the dough without cutting it completely.


We bake in a preheated 180 degree oven until slightly browned. After the first heat of the desserts comes out of the oven, we show the syrup that has cooled.


We serve the middle portions of the desserts that attract the syrup by filling them with hazelnut peanuts.
