  • * 200 g butter * 250 g raw kadayif * 2 handfuls of granulated sugar * 1 tea glass of crushed walnuts or hazelnuts optionally

  • For the custard; * 1 liter + 2 glasses of milk * 4 tablespoons of heaped flour * 3 tablespoons of heaped starch * 7 tablespoons of sugar * 1 packet of vanilla * Half a packet of whipped cream



Butter is melted in a saucepan. Kadayifs are cut and put into the pot. Stir constantly over medium heat.


Sugar is added close to cooking and mixing is continued. After the sugar melts, walnuts or hazelnuts are added as desired and taken from the stove.


For the custard; milk, sugar, flour, starch are taken into the cooking pot and mixed well, lumps are removed. Then it is taken to the stove and cooked on medium heat, stirring constantly. Remove from the stove, add vanilla and whipped cream and whisk for 5 minutes.


A circle mold is placed on the serving plate. The first row of kadayif is put on it and the pudding is added. The same process is done until all the material is finished, with kadayif on the top floor. (At this time, the custard must be warm. Otherwise, the custard will not spread easily)


This is kept in the refrigerator overnight. It is then carefully removed from the mold. It is decorated and served upon request. Bon appetit ????
