Ingredients

  • 1 liter milk

  • 1 cup of granulated sugar

  • 2 egg yolks

  • Turkish coffee cup starch

  • 1 pack of vanilla

  • 2 tablespoons of flour

  • 1 box of cream (200 ml)

  • To decorate; Strawberry, Lotus Biscuit Cream, Banana, Biscuit

First, prepare the custard with the custard ingredients, excluding the cream and decoration materials.

In other words, whisk the milk, granulated sugar, egg yolk, corn starch, flour and vanilla in a deep saucepan and cook it on the stove until it looks like pudding.

Cool the cooked pudding at room temperature. At that time, take the leaf parts of the strawberries with a knife and throw them away. Cut it in half. Slice the bananas too.

Take the biscuit in the rondo and grind it into powder. Melt the lotus cream. (You can use it by melting chocolate or a different cream if you want).

Add the cream to the slightly warm pudding and beat with a mixer. Then pour the custard into bowls and you can decorate it however you like.
