  • 30 eggplants

  • pepper

  • cucumber and zucchini

  • 250 g minced meat

  • 1 large onion (finely diced)

  • 1 cup of rice

  • 4 cloves of garlic (finely chopped)

  • 2 tomatoes (small diced)

  • Half a bunch of parsley

  • 1 teaspoon of basil

  • Paprika, black pepper

  • 2 tablespoons of pomegranate molasses

  • 1 tablespoon of tomato paste

  • 1 tablespoon of chili paste

  • 1 teaspoon of sumac

  • Half a tablespoon of tomato paste for the juice

  • 2 tablespoons of oil

  • 2 tablespoons of pomegranate molasses



Dried vegetables are thrown into the boiling water. When it softens, it is taken from the water and filtered.


All the ingredients are mixed and the vegetables are filled in such a way that there is no space on it. It is placed in the pot.


The ingredients for the water are mixed and poured over the dolmas and the Dolma stone or plate is closed. First, it is boiled on high heat and cooked on low heat until the rice is soft.
