Meatball Rolled Eggplant
With its healthiest form without frying
6 eggplants, 250 g minced meat, 1 tomato, 2 peppers, Onion, garlic
For the meatballs; Minced meat, Onion, Garlic, 2 tablespoons Breadcrumbs, 1 egg, Parsley, Salt, black pepper, cumin, ground pepper, chili flakes
For the sauce; 1 teaspoon tomato paste, Water
For the meatballs, I added the ingredients for the meatballs and kneaded them. I left them in the fridge to rest for 1 hour. On the other hand, I peeled the eggplants and sliced them lengthwise.
In order not to be greasy and to avoid frying, I arranged the eggplants on my large grill pan and applied olive oil on them.

I put tomato slices and peppers on my wraps that I put in my debt. Since we like garlic and onions cooked in the oven as a family, I placed onions and garlic between them. I poured the sauce I prepared on it, put it in the oven and they were ready, it was our fast-breaking meal yesterday.
