Mini Fit Tartolet
1 cup of oat flour
Half cup of oats
3 tablespoons of milk
½ cup crushed walnuts
For inside; lahne and bain-marie melted chocolate
Mix the dry ingredients in a bowl, add the melted chocolate in a bain-marie and knead. (here we determine the consistency, we can add milk or oats depending on the situation)
Let's give it a small bowl shape with our hands and bake it in a preheated 170 degree oven for 15 minutes.
When we take it out of the oven, let's add melted dark chocolate in a bain-marie. I added labneh and strained yogurt to a few of them. You can decorate it as you wish. Bon appetit.
