  • For Pastry Cream; Milk 500 grams, Powdered Sugar 150 grams, Flour 50 grams, Starch 50 grams, Butter 75 grams, White chocolate 25 grams

Instructions

First, let's make our cream. Put all the ingredients except the butter in the pot and boil it on the stove.
