We put a little olive oil and butter in our pan. To the heated oil we first add the garlic that we grate.
Then we add the oyster mushrooms that we have chopped and roast until the mushrooms are cooked.
On the one hand, we take our strained yogurt into a bowl and grate garlic inside. We add salt to our garlic yogurt.
We spread this yogurt mixture on our serving plate as a base. We drizzle olive oil and red pepper over it.
We add corn and parsley to our roasted mushrooms and fry them a little more, then cover the bottom of the stove. We pour our mushrooms over the yogurt and serve.
