No Cooking Fit Peanut Wrap
1 cup of pistachios
4 tablespoons of honey
3 tablespoons of hazelnut flour
Mix all the ingredients in the blender and let it rest in the fridge for 15 minutes.

You can make hazelnut flour at home by soaking the hazelnuts in water and peeling them, then turning them into flour in a blender. Do not pull it too much, otherwise it will leave the oil and start to thicken.
