2 cups oatmeal (gluten-free)
2 full tablespoons of yogurt
1 tomato, Cheese, Sausage
1 tablespoon of olive oil
Greens (parsley, dill, etc.)
Mix oats, eggs and yogurt. Then slide as much cheese as you want.
