Orange Cocoa Cake
3/4 Cup Sugar
About 3 Glasses of Flour (Sifting the flour and pouring it slowly will make your cake rise better. And it prevents the flour from forming lumps in the cake mix.)
1 glass of water Milk
1/2 Tea Glass of Oil
1 packet of baking powder
1 Pack Vanillin
1 Orange (We add the peel by grating it. After squeezing the juice, we add our cake mix.)
2 soup spoons of cocoa
First of all, we beat 3 eggs until frothy. Then add 3/4 cup of sugar and whisk. Then we add 1 glass of milk and 1/2 tea glass of oil on it and whisk.
Then we add orange juice, baking powder and vanillin into it and whisk. Then we add the orange zest and pour it into two separate bowls, add 2 tablespoons of cocoa to one of them and mix. Then, after wiping the inside of our cake mold with a little oil and flour, we pour the milk and orange mixture first, then the cocoa and orange mixture and shape it.
We bake our cake for about 30 minutes in a preheated 180 degree oven until it turns brown. And our Orange Cocoa Cake is ready. Enjoy your meal.
