Orange Cream Cake
Ingredients
For the cake; 3 eggs, 1 glass of sugar, Half a glass of milk, Half a glass of oil, 1.5 glasses of flour, 1 packet of baking powder, 1 packet of vanilla, 1 orange peel+juice
For the above; 1 pack of cream (200 g), 3 tablespoons of powdered sugar
Instructions
First, whisk the eggs and sugar well. Add oil and milk and continue whisking.
Then add the juice and zest of the orange. Finally, add the flour, baking powder and vanilla and mix.
You can add or reduce the flour according to its consistency. We lubricate our mold and bake it in a 180 degree oven for 30-40 minutes in a controlled manner.
For the cream of our cake, we beat the cream and powdered sugar. Add it to the cooled cake. Enjoy your meal.
