  • Ingredients: 500 g cubed chicken, 300 g mushrooms, 1 box of cream, salt, turmeric, black pepper

  • Crepe ingredients: 1.5 glasses of milk, half a glass of water, 1 egg, 1 teaspoon of salt, 1 teaspoon of sugar, half a pack of instant yeast



Crepe dough is made first. All the ingredients are mixed homogeneously and rested for about 20 minutes. The chicken is cooked in a non-stick pan until it releases its water.


Finely chopped mushrooms are added and fried together. Add cream and boil for two minutes. Spices are discarded and set aside.


Grated cheddar cheese. It is set aside. A ladle of the pancake batter is placed in the pan. It is cooked until it turns brown. (One side will be cooked)


1 spoonful of chicken and mushroom stuffing is added to the pancake taken from the stove. A pinch of grated cheddar is left on it. The crepe is closed in the form of a triangle.


Arrange on a buttered tray. Bake for 10-12 minutes in a preheated 200 degree oven.
