Peppered Bread

  • 1 cup (200 ml) of milk

  • 1 cup liquid/butter mix

  • 1 tablespoon of granulated sugar

  • 1 packet of dry yeast

  • salt and flour as much as possible (soft dough consistency)

  • For the above; 1 onion (diced), 2 tablespoons olive oil, red pepper flakes, thyme, sesame seeds, 1/2 teaspoon pepper paste, 250 g feta cheese



Mixing all the ingredients for the dough, a soft dough is obtained. It is stretched and left to ferment for 1 hour.


For the topping, diced onions are sautéed in olive oil in a pan. Then the other ingredients are mixed and left to cool.


The fermented dough is prepared as shown in the picture, the prepared mortar is added on it, and it is baked for 20-25 minutes in a preheated oven at 200 degrees.
