Potato Carrot Practical Soup
1 tablespoon of oil
1 tablespoon of butter
2 tablespoons of flour
1 teaspoon of tomato paste
1 mashed potato
1 grated carrot
Salt, Pepper, Chicken stock or drinking water
We put the oil in the pan. When the oil melts on the stove at medium heat, we add the flour and start frying.
When the smell of the flour starts to come out and its color starts to change, we add the tomato paste and continue to fry.
Add the grated potato and carrot and fry a little more, then add hot chicken stock or normal water, add salt and pepper, and boil it on medium heat until the potatoes and carrots are cooked.
