Profiterol
Ingredients
1 glass of water
1 cup of flour
125 grams of butter
3 large eggs (4 if the eggs are small)
For the cream ????500 ml milk ????1.5 tea glass of granulated sugar ????3 tablespoons of flour ????1 egg ????1 packet of vanilla For the top ????Chocolate sauce
Instructions
Take the water and butter in a saucepan and bring it to a boil. Add the flour to the boiling water and stir continuously for 3-4 minutes. Set aside for 15 minutes for the gathered dough to cool.
Let's add the eggs one by one into the cooled dough and get a sticky consistency.
Let's give the dough we obtained a round shape with the help of a dessert spoon, and arrange it on the tray on which we laid oily paper, with the gaps open.
Let's bake for 40 minutes by turning it upside down in a preheated oven at 180°. (Do not open the oven door for 20 minutes to prevent the profiteroles from deflating)
For the cream, let's cook the milk, flour, sugar and egg in a saucepan. Set aside the cooked cream, add the vanilla, mix and wait for it to cool.
After the cooked profiteroles have cooled, let's fill the cream we prepared by piercing it from the bottom with the help of a squeezing bag. (If you don't have a piping bag, you can cut your profiteroles and fill the cream with the help of a spoon.). Finally, let's pour a lot of chocolate sauce on it.
