Purple Cabbage Pickles
2 medium purple cabbages
Half a teaspoon of lemon salt for each jar (you can reduce it if you don't like it too sour)
Half a cup of water for each jar
Half a tea glass of grape vinegar for each jar
2 teaspoons of rock salt
First, we finely chop our cabbage. Then we rub it well with 2 teaspoons of salt.
After rubbing, we wait for 10 minutes. After our cabbages have released themselves, we fill them in our jars.
I made 500 ml 4 jars of pickles from 2 medium cabbages. We add lemon salt, vinegar and water to each jar and close the lids of our jars. We shake our jars well so that our materials are scattered all over.
Finally, we put it in the refrigerator, it is enough to wait for 5 days in the refrigerator. Our pickles, which are kept in the refrigerator for 5 days, are ready to be served.
